New School Beer reports that this Black-owned brewery known for its balanced ales and Detroit-style pizza will open a location on NE Alberta in January or February.

Don's Favorite Foods List
Don Salamone of Burger Stevens plans to open this festive Italian-American supper club later this fall, serving freshly extruded pasta and classic dishes like ossobuco.

Fried Egg I'm in Love List
The punny breakfast sandwich purveyor is set to open a new full-service restaurant on the corner of Fremont and North Mississippi in January. The space will feature an expanded menu, a bigger kitchen, a takeout window, a bar, and a turntable playing a steady flow of vinyl.

The Love Shack List
The team behind G-Love List hopes to open this retro cocktail bar channeling midcentury opulence in late January. Look forward to razor clam Rockefeller, brioche waffles with caviar or lox, and adorably teeny martinis paired with mini Chicago dogs.

Get ready for sweet and spicy wings and red beans and rice: The massively popular fried chicken chain plans to convert a former Burger King location at 1525 SE Grand Avenue into a new location, tentatively opening in 2024.

Boozy ice cream is in Portland's future: The chain Tipsy Scoop, which operates locations in New York, Washington, DC, and Phoenix, is set to unveil an outpost at 3987 N Mississippi Ave this spring. Flavors range from dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel to cake batter vodka martini.

Toya Ramen & Bar List
Former Eem List chef Colin Yoshimoto, who honed his noodle-making skills early on in the pandemic, plans to launch this casual ramen shop named in honor of his maternal grandmother in the former Danwei Canting List  space by March.
